At the first floor of my Villa you find a B&B with a communal modern kitchen with a dinner table and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. Games and books are available for the guests. A sunny spacious terrace is accessible for all rooms, and from here you enjoy a view on the garden and the park.

Free WI-FI and LCD TV are available in each room.Every morning we serve a good continental breakfast with fruits, croissants and fresh orange juice.

YOU CAN ALSO RENT ALL ROOMS AND KITCHEN AS A HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR  4 OR 7 DAYS, ARRIVALS ON MONDAY/ FRIDAY.

This tastefully decorated twin bedroom has two single beds (as to make double) and from here you step directly on the terrace.
